Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sacred Attunements. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Digital Products

All products sold on this Site — including but not limited to frequency recordings, attunements, digital courses, guided meditations, and downloadable content — are digital products delivered electronically.

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased and/or accessed.

This is because:

  • Digital files cannot be “returned” once downloaded or streamed
  • We have no way to verify that a digital product has not been copied, saved, or used after a refund is issued
  • Once access is granted, the product has effectively been delivered in full.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access or download your purchase due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide the file directly.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchase: If you were charged more than once for the same item due to a processing error, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Significant product defect: If the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match what was described, contact us and we will provide a corrected file or, if that isn’t possible, consider a refund.

Refund requests outside of these circumstances will not be honored.

Because all sales of digital products are final, we encourage you to:
