My Journey — From Mediumship to Energy

My spiritual journey did not begin with a business plan or a desire to become a teacher. It began much more personally, with my grandmother.

My grandmother had a gentle spirit and a presence that made people feel safe. Looking back, I believe that connection helped shape my sensitivity to people, emotions, energy, and the spiritual world long before I understood what those things meant.

As I grew older, my own spiritual awareness began to deepen. I became increasingly aware of my intuition and eventually began developing my abilities as a medium and intuitive reader. What started as learning how to listen, trust what I was receiving, and understand my spiritual senses gradually became a much deeper journey of healing and self-discovery.

Mediumship taught me that spiritual development isn’t simply about receiving messages. It is also about compassion, discernment, grounding, emotional awareness, integrity, and learning to trust yourself.

Over time, I felt drawn beyond mediumship and into energy healing and attunement work. I wanted to understand how spiritual energy could be used not only to receive information, but to support people as they worked through emotional patterns, strengthened their connection with themselves, developed their intuitive gifts, and stepped more fully into their own spiritual path.

That exploration eventually evolved into my work as an Energy Practitioner and Teacher and the creation of Sacred Attunements™, the Z.H.E.A.R.T. Method™, and Infinity Star Grid Quantum Healing™.

Today, teaching has become an important part of my work. I love helping others understand their own intuitive and energetic abilities and giving practitioners structured tools they can confidently incorporate into their own spiritual work.

In many ways, what began with the quiet influence of my grandmother has come full circle.

I began by discovering my own connection to Spirit. Then I learned to trust it. Then I learned to work with energy. And eventually, I learned how to teach others to discover and develop their own gifts.

My work continues to evolve, but the heart of it remains the same: healing, spiritual connection, compassion, empowerment, and helping others recognize what already exists within them.
