What Is Introspective Hypnosis?

Introspective Hypnosis is a deeply focused approach that uses several hypnosis and therapeutic techniques to help a person explore the subconscious mind and bring greater awareness to emotions, experiences, and patterns that may still be affecting their present life.

An Introspective Hypnosis session may incorporate techniques such as:

  • Ericksonian Hypnosis
  • Forgiveness Therapy
  • Role Change – a process in which a person may experience a connection with another soul or individual within the session
  • Past Life Regression
  • Spirit Assistance, also referred to as Spirit Releasement

Throughout our lives, we can carry emotions and experiences that have never been fully acknowledged, expressed, or resolved. These emotions may remain within the subconscious and can influence our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and overall sense of well-being.

During an Introspective Hypnosis session, we gently explore the subconscious to look for the possible origin of an emotional conflict, recurring pattern, fear, or experience. For some people, what emerges may relate to an earlier experience in their present life, while others may experience imagery or memories they interpret as connected to a past life.

By bringing these experiences into conscious awareness, the session provides an opportunity to understand, process, forgive, release, and create a different relationship with what has been carried from the past.

The intention is not to force memories or experiences to appear. Instead, you are guided into a relaxed state where you can explore what naturally arises within your own subconscious awareness.

A Journey Within

Introspective Hypnosis can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, emotional exploration, personal growth, forgiveness, and understanding recurring patterns in your life.

Every session is unique because every person’s experiences and subconscious landscape are different.

Introspective Hypnosis is a complementary personal-development and spiritual practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment. Results and experiences vary from person to person.
